Cancellation and Refund

Rajeev Kumar Ranjan believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and hence has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order and has a valid reason related to the course content and student/audience progress, who will undergo multi-label course related tests and will be subject to verification.

In case of any refund approved by Rajeev Kumar Ranjan, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to reach the end customer.

About Payment

Payment will be due immediately on the date of order, including payment for pre-order products.

Payment can be made through various payment methods available with us such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods (for example, UPI, PayTM, Gpay, online banking, PayPal).

Payment cards (credit card or debit card) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
